SGServer Guard

Terms of Service

Last updated 17 June 2026.

1. What Server Guard is

Server Guard is a read-only, non-intrusive web tool that inspects a domain’s publicly available HTTP responses (the homepage, response headers, and a list of well-known sensitive paths) and reports likely security misconfigurations. It performs ordinary GET requests only — no exploitation, no brute-forcing, no fuzzing, and no attempt to access protected resources.

2. Authorised use only

You may scan only domains that you own or are explicitly authorised to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have permission to scan any domain you submit. Scanning systems you do not control may be unlawful in your jurisdiction. We block scans of private and internal addresses, but you remain responsible for your use of the service.

3. No warranty

Server Guard reports indicators of misconfiguration based on observable responses. It is not a penetration test and does not guarantee that a domain is secure or insecure. A clean report does not mean a system is free of vulnerabilities. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Server Guard and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, or from any action you take based on a report.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay and/or Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
