Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time reports

A one-time Client Report unlocks digital content (the full findings for one domain) immediately on payment. If the report failed to generate or you were charged in error, email us within 7 days at getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com and we will refund you in full.

Subscriptions

Solo and MSP Team plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the current period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not run scans beyond the free tier, we’ll refund that first month.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
